The service took 45 minutes, & Conner Ramirez said it would take about an hour.Got my 3rd oil change from the pkg, as promised.Conner answered several questions I had.Very positive experience.

The experience was great. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is because when we got there we waited for an unusually long time for someone to come out to help us. And I don’t mind waiting but no one even greeted us or let us know that someone would be with us. This being my first time doing a service with you guys it was kind of confusing, so just a hello or an acknowledgement would have been nice.

Service was great, I was communicated with regularly and the waiting area was very comfortable.
