Marvin and Josh were both professional and friendly. Something I would say that needs improvement is for the salesperson to be comfortable with saying "I don't know". Marvin, who was extremely knowledgeable about the car itself, was able to answer most of my questions. However, when I had questions about financing, it seemed that Marvin told me what I wanted to hear rather than what was correct.
