The service seemed fine and my experience was okay but I was given the wrong paperwork (inspection form) and told I needed new tires when I had bought them from this location just 19 months prior. It made me question my trust in the info I’m given there. I don’t think it will keep me from continuing to service my vehicle there but please be more careful and thorough.

Levi the service manager was very understanding and helpful which I really appreciated. He went the extra mile to ask Toyota representative about the repair I needed and the outcome now got Toyota another customer for life!! This is my 3rd Toyota and there will be many more to come because this company is not only about money but about people. Kyle -the service associate was also very helpful and got my vehicle serviced so fast that now we can go on the road trip with a functional car! Thank you!! Toyota-Let’s go places!

Craig was very friendly and the team washed my truck without asking, which was awesome because my truck was really dirty. It is my first Toyota and I’ve been having a great experience.
