El Jefe/jefina was helpful and considerate of my time. -not sure their pronoun-El Jefe informed me the dealership was busy and if I was willing to be patient they would work my car in for an oil change. It was a good idea since I had other things to doI left it and came back the next day.

Lil Connie was amazing. Always helpful when I go in. Baywatch was able to get my wife’s car in the same day.

Cody is delightful. Answered my questions, showed me how to locate a rattle and appreciated how much I appreciated the hot coffee.

Rep spent time to help me understand the nature of the repairs including explaining how the parts worked, what to expect if the repair is not done, showing pictures, etc. I appreciated his willingness to make sure I understood the various aspects of the problem.

I came in because another repair shop could not solve my problem and recommended I come to the dealer. Larry Miller Toyota has been nothing but extremely professional and apparently has solved the problem! I also appreciate all the communication and updates and it was so nice to pick up my car washed! Further, your service department manager stepped in and took us a step further with explanations and service. It was really quite amazing…. Thank you!

Our experience with Kaden Curry was incredible. He was knowledgeable, honest and worked quickly to help us buy a new truck. We talked to other dealerships but Kaden and LHM Toyota were hands down the best. Clear, fast and fair. Will absolutely go back to LHM next time we’re looking for a car.
