Good experience, 2 hours for transmission service. The price was quoted and I said plus tax? She said “yes”. I brought cash and didn’t have enough because shop supplies added $15.

My service advisor was knowledgeable and helped me resolve an issue. However it took longer than I hoped for to get work done. Uber rides made up for this issue. The remaining issue is why is there a little market inside dealership? Little snacks should be provided or not at all. Seems tacky to charge for soda when servicing at dealership.
