Service writer, Jeff T, was very helpful. We were disappointed that our car battery was one month out of warranty and vehicle could not be fixed until the following day, this extending our hotel stay.

For the most part it was good. The only complaint I have is they didn’t take off the old service sticker before putting the new service sticker on top. I hope they can get both off next oil change!
