Burt did a great job explaining repairs on my 1999 Tacoma truck.. pictures were shown of the problem. Parts had to be ordered from California so it would not be done until next day. I went home and later was informed that the mechanic were able to fix the truck without ordered parts. I appreciate this integrity, honest and skill of the mechanics and coordinator. Truck was ready this day. Thanks for a job well done.
