Tuesday afternoon the 19th of March, I stopped in at Larry Miller to make an appointment for oil change, filter and wheel rotation. I met Donny. I wanted an appointment for the next morning early. He said that his appointments were full for that day but that he had two openings right then that afternoon. I responded that we might as well gent it done. A half hour to 45 minutes later my truck was done. I appreciated the efficiency and customer accommodations that I experienced with Donny that day.

My service advisor is a jewel..had a nice conversation after servicing..very professional & approachable.Explained everything in detail..asked him if it's ok to use gear down rather than brakes...discouraged me saying hard on motor, uses more fuel, hard on tranny..brakes are cheaper to replace...nice guy to take the time.Also you have two very young guys, one in college, one thinking about it...Sir Daniel & Sir Braxton...I rewarded them for their professional, politeness & personality plus...I'm sure you're happy to know of them.
