Quick, great service

Emergency brake not functioning alertI was told upon arrival that you would need the car for most of the day. I was surprised that it took only a few hours. Thanks for your speedy response.I am wondering why the emergency brake programming problem my RAV4 had cost me a $174 diagnostic fee. It seems to me that it was an inherent issue and not anything that a customer is responsible for. Fees and costs are why people are leery of using a dealership instead of a neighborhood mechanic.
