Everything went smoothly and I was very pleased with the customer service by my technician Kyle. He was very friendly, and explained all that needed to be in a straightforward and polite manner.

Good experience all around. I especially liked the video of the mechanic showing the car on the lift.. only suggestion I have is making the video 15 seconds longer and zooming in on any problem that the service department sees
