I brought my car in to check a balance/alignment/tire concern and oil change.

I had a previously bad experience here having bolts drilled out that ruined my rear door of my 4Runner. I was very worried that it would happen again, however everything looks to be in order this time! Couldn’t be happier so far!

Amanda was great. Repair was too expensive. I didn't expect Toyota not yo have an alternator in stock. Repairs and routine maintenance are getting too expensive. But overall the work did a good job and Amanda communicated well. I was going to quit going to LHM Toyota fue to weak past communications with Aaron and other service consultants, but Amanda has earned my business back. Keep her.
