I checked around to see if the pricing for the service that I was receiving was fair. It was, it actually was the best. Very happy with that from a dealership.

Fairly standard experience for a vehicle service/repair.Good communication from the advisor. Pricing was inflated per the usual, but, there's overhead... I get it.If I had to nitpick, which I will because I've worked in the vehicle industry and I paid premium dealership prices - my truck smelled like a mechanic had been sitting in there, and the seat wasn't adjusted how I left it. Not the end of the world, but, the dealership charges pretty steep prices, so the attention to detail should reflect.

I used to have a dedicated service advisor who was very knowledgeable but since you changed everything up I don't have one that really seems to care any more. I've dealt will LHMiller Toyota for as long as they have been around and the quality of service is no longer what it used to be.
