Jeff is great and communicative. One of the few service techs that I have worked with that seems to respect me as a woman and not try to scam me or belittle me. He educates me to make informed decisions

Question: if my car oil change lasts 10.000 miles , why you ask me to change it every 5.000 miles , as per service and my Invoice support I”ve been using Synthetic 0W16 Valvoline oil since I bought the car…. That means that you’ve been changing my oil car before it has to be done! Please let me know why and also on my before last oil change you leaved the engine lid poorly closed , I hope the engine compression has not been affected .
