Brought truck in for recall for fuel line recall and emergent brake recall fix brake problem inspected fuel line needed me to make new appointment no part it’s been 3 mounts don’t no when u get more parts so how can I make new apointment ? Told me to call back in 6 months maybe they will have parts mind this is a recall because truck can start on fire so if it does who is liable ? Or just don’t drive ? No one can tell me survive guy was nice but no one is informed fill Toyota is liable

Came in to check my engine. Did not have an appointment. Was serviced quickly and problem was fixed at affordable price.

I didn’t have an appointment for my routine, maintenance and emissions, but they got me in. Donnie is a good dude.

I had scheduled an oil change for our RAV4 and received good service. We were offered a discount alignment upon arrival. I choose to do the alignment because it had been a while since it was performed. The oil change was taking a while and they informed me that the oil drain plug was stripped and had trouble getting it out. They replaced it at their expense. That was concerning because we only ever service our vehicle at LHM. They saw that in the notes which prompted them to cover the cost. (Much appreciated). During the alignment, the bolts were corroded and unfortunately snapped off. They kept me informed of this and retapped the lower control arm and put in new bolts and covered the cost of that too. Although there were some issues, they kept me informed and helped financially. Thank you very much.

I had an appointment and had to wait quite a while before anyone came to check me in.
