Donnald was very helpful in getting my runner done for its first oil change. He was accurate in the amount of time it would take. And very helpful with the questions I asked later.

Great, took a little longer than usual, and the maintenance reminder wasn't reset. Other than that, the vehicle was washed and clean.

I wasn’t notified that my car was ready so I waited for over 2 hours until I went and asked about it. I got a free oil change for my wait which I really appreciate and it was a great response bc I didn’t expect anything. However there were 3 screaming children who were running into people, shrieking, and singing at the top of their lungs. I had to move seats bc I was listening to them freak out for the entire time I was waiting and the parents were on their phones doing nothing to stop it. Parents should be removed from the dealership instead of having a dozen people forced to listen to their children. They were disruptive and ran into a woman and should have all been told to go outside or leave

My car was kept overnight but I was not informed that would be the case. The technician was not able to identify the problem I described.
