The service time that I was given by the first gentleman was not I can't blame him it was busy. I don't think making an appointment necessarily guarantees a speedy anything though.The second gentleman that helped me in the service department was Kyle. Kyle had a great customer service skills and was very knowledgeable about what's to come as far as recommendations and price points to get the work done on my truck next go around at the dealership. Great guy that had a cool collection of puzzle challenges in his office.

My experience was a great one. I did not have an appointment for my oil change but you guys treated me it's very very well. I really enjoyed the roaring fire in the fireplace. And when we are all finished, my serviceman brought my car right to me. Excellent service?

Literally such amazing service!

It took a long time to get just an oil change! 3 hours! The thing that changed is usually someone would come in person to tell me it was done. I got an alert on my phone that I did not see for 35 minutes. Two other ladies said the were waiting 2/3 hours. Must be very busy. A lot of personnel but what are they doing?.
