I came in for a recall repair with an appointment at 8. I had been told when I made the appointment that the repair would take about one hour. My stay was 2 -1/2 hours. The service people were very cordial . It would be better to schedule more carefully so we could get in and out more efficiently—differentiating between longer services where cars should be left to take more time and regular routine maintenance or minor repairs scheduled carefully so cars are actually repaired when they arrive and then leave quickly?
