Connor Martinez was my service agent. He was very pleasant and explained everything to me. As I was going home from the appointment my engine didn't feel right or sound right. I took it back as soon as I could that day. Connor personally checked some things for me and found the issues that needed to fix the problem. By the time we were through the engine brand well and I was very satisfied.

All went well. The back brakes took longer to change than I expected. My appointment was at 9 AM. I left at 1:00PM. The service rep (Hunter) was great.
