Ashok was a great salesman and we felt he was genuine and honest throughout the buying process. He was the reason we went with Larry H Miller. Our finance guy, however, was confusing, evaded questions and untrustworthy. He tried to rush us through contracts and get us to sign stuff without reading. He would only reveal further information about specific questions we had after we signed contracts and we found out after coming home he skimmed us out of about $600. As newlyweds who are still in school, that was not appreciated and disenchanted us greatly from buying from this dealership in the future.

I had a 12:30 appointment (brake fluid and coolant change) and arrived 15 minutes early to be courteous. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. Status didn't get past "Arrived" for more than 2 hours. Car was finally ready to be picked up at 4:03. I know things come up and I'm sure my car was serviced properly, but what good was having an appointment?
