Good experience overall

Check in process was fast and easy. I waited at the dealership while my Ravs was undergoing its regular appt. The coffee machine wasn’t working so was a bit disappointed but overall the wait experience was comfortable. My wait time was approximately an hour. In the past, I’ve waited close to three hours for regular maintenance so this was a huge improvement.

Even with an appointment, I waited about an hour to check where there was an oil leakThank you for telling me about the front brakes needing attention

Yes, always great service.But it took 2 hours for my oil change which really should not take that long
