Great service

I was served by Conor from service, who was very polite and proffesional. However, I explained that this was the 2nd time that I brought my car to LM Toyota, was called and given a quote, and an hour later was called telling me that parts for the repair weren't in, the car was dissasembled, and there was no loaner available. I understand things happen, but this is TWICE in a many visits. My wife was without her car for an unexpected additional 3 days. Disappointed, although the repair job was very good.

They took care of the flat tire at no additional cost due to me buying the tires 4 1/2 months prior.
