Donnie was great and very helpful.

Poor communication. She said they had stopped the Express Oil Changes for the day. It was just after 1:00. I told her that I had called in and they said I could bring the car in. She took me in. Only took 1.5 hours. I was expecting 2 hrs. That was good. Car was not washed. I called later and they said it was because I had a cracked windshield. No biggie. I just wish someone would’ve communicated that with me.
