The Larry H Miller team has always done a great job. We even take our 1994 Toyota pickup to them and they always figure it out. 94 and older are not easy to work on. It is also a standard drive vehicle 😆

Friendly, efficient not the fastest (2hrs) oil change and emissions but I feel everything was thoroughly completed.

What set L.H.Miller apart from some others I visited was a sense of professionalism. The individuals I dealt with seemed to be entrusted to do their job without a general manager hanging around like I experienced at other dealerships .. especially @ the dealership in Bountiful.

Although there was a communication break down…I was very surprised that they took care of my bill. I was able to use that money I would have spent on my car and I gave one patient a nice pillow and a zippered pillow case ( he is a quad and pillows at our facility are terrible) I think that was his only gift. Also bought several different colors of sweatpants and tops for one of our patients with Down’s syndrome-his smile was awesome! Smiling despite fighting influenza A. The lovely receptionist who helped me out so I could get home with my car deserves a bonus and a raise. I also want to thank the gentleman who came back to get my keys too! And honestly the mechanic did a great job! Perhaps we could have texted each other or called…but hey we are all human. I am hoping no one is in trouble! Just wanted to let you know that you actually helped spread some Christmas cheer to two patients who needed it.

Service was completed promptly. Service representative was courteous and efficient.
