Friendly staff. The work took about as long as I planned for. Very nice accommodations in the waiting area. I liked being able to follow the progress of the work on my phone. If I have one suggestion it would be this: background music in the waiting area was a lot of rap-like stuff which made it distracting from serious reading. Maybe it’s my age but I’d be much happier with a softer gentler genre of music out there.
