Christian in the service department was amazing, I cannot say enough good things about him. I have had 2 bad experiences previously at this location in service that left me very disappointed. My experience this time was very positive and will make me want to come back.

Gracias por su atención

It was great

Craig was great and knew what he was talking about explaining everything in detail

I had several issues at once and Donnie Moon & his team helpedMe get the parts and diagnosis right away. They brought me solutions for my situation and made it easy to get my car safely back on the road again.

Really pleasant

Good service!

Overall, my experience was Good, big thanks to the Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray team for their service. If I could suggest a few improvements, the waiting time was longer than expected, and I felt the multi-point inspection may not have been as thorough as it could be. A few areas of the car that seemed to need attention weren’t mentioned or addressed, which left me wondering if they were overlooked.

Excellent

Super fast in the weekend. Thanks again.
