Service folks were helpful and cordial and provided a loaner vehicle when they were still servicing my car and I needed to get to an appointment. Thought it was a bit odd that by 9:30 am they hadn’t started on the oil change and/or alignment when I’d had a 7:45 am appointment?

My only complaint is having an appointment, showing up and being told it will take all day for brakes. If you’re that backed up, call me to reschedule. I did appreciate the Uber, but honestly, just tell me ahead of time.

The service was prompt, friendly, and what I asked for. This visit was a stark contrast to my prior one, which nearly lost Larry Miller my business, as I got an upsell on all kinds of services worse than even Jiffy Lube.If the new approach continues, I'll continue to use Larry Miller for my vehicle.
