Ok the service are where the desks are real chaotic. Some eating at their desk talking has your not there .when they called me I didn't know where to pick up keys.

Donnie in the service area does a great job...one of the very few in the service center that doesnt yell your name out loud from the desk...he actually walks up to you and finds you...the other guys dont really do customer service...Half of the time...I get up an walk over to the desk to ask a question about my car...all the service people just sit in the chair look at you and dont say a word or ask if you need up...Donnie would ask me if I need help or who I was looking for.Donnie does an Amazing Job...I wish all the other service people would learn from him😁There are a Couple others like Donnie that do a good job like him...the rest dont really even try...

Good experience

Our advisor Bert was very kind he made our experience overall very easy. He communicated to us in a timely manner! However, when we were called to pick up our vehicle Bert was not in that day and Jeff helped us checkout, my experience with Jeff was not pleasing. He was rude, when we asked something he would say, “idk I didn’t work on your vehicle, I haven’t looked over your paperwork.” He didn’t even bother to answer any questions, he brushed us off wanted us to just pay and have us go our way.

Gannon was amazing, personable and helpful. We had a great experience and support Larry H Miller because we love the products but especially because they close on Sunday!

Everything went smoothly and I knew I was being well taken care of. Cody was wonderful to work with.

They removed a screw from my tire that had a slow leak. Everyone was very professional and friendly and got it done quickly!
