Great experience and service. Came in for break service. In addition while inspecting my vehicle the service tech noticed that the grommet was missing from my steering and replaced it. When I was told about the missing part/item. I told them that the had my steering replaced at Mark Miller Toyota about a month ago and apparently they did not properly install every back correctly. I really appreciate LHM for their attention to detail.

The 30000 mile service, which included flushing and changing oil, transmission and drivetrain fluids, brake and power steering fluid was performed well. The inspection report contained an “urgent” item (a burned out bulb) which was not discussed with me.
