I was told I had some error messages that needed to be cleared before I could have my windshield replaced. Turns out there are no error messages, and the crew was nice enough, not to charge me.

I had an appointment for 3:15 p.m. but got there about 25 minutes early. I felt it took too long for an oil change. At 4:20, I went to Aaron’s desk before getting a text from him. He had 3 different invoices on his desk and hurried to finish mine so I could pay and leave.

Good inspection as part of basic oil change. I’m a little annoyed they got oil smudges all over the front of my glove box and they didn’t dispose of the number card they’d put in the car. Good chat with the service manager about my car though.
