Tyler M was amazing! So helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. HE is the only reason I’m giving 5 stars. If it wasn’t for him, I would give 1 (only because that’s as little as I could.) the finance guy, Jeremy I think, was awful. Not helpful, friendly, or patient. You could tell he has memorized his job and does it on auto pilot. Your slogan, “People First” or whatever it is, does not follow that at all. He’s there to get the paycheck. We said no to a few things on our contract and he got rude. He’s douchey and wears waayyyyyyy too much cologne. 🤷🏽‍♀️ if I ever go back to LHM Toyota, I will request not to work with him ever again.
