Your service staff is amazing. They sent me a courtesy text letting me know you are a bit understaffed at the moment and that my oil change would take longer than expected. I appreciated that and was still serviced within a reasonable amount of time. Burt helped me out and had great customer service skills. A big thank you to the service employees!
