I discovered that my oil change needed to be done as I was a couple of hours into a long distance trip. So after hundreds of miles we returned and I called Donnie Moon in service who called me back. I told him my urgency about getting the oil change today due to activities that were coming up next week and not being able to get in. He told me that if I could arrive than the hour I could be a walk-in and they would work me in. I walked in to get an oil change and Donnie who had come in on his day off was gone. Baylon helped me and reminded me of my 30,000 mile maintenance that needed to be done. He said it could be taken care of today and so that's what happened. I am very glad that it was all taken care of in one trip. Great job to all the workers!

I came for an oil, change, tire, rotation, and emissions testing. I had an 11 AM appointment and was quoted one hour for all services. After two hours of waiting, I texted the service clerk and she said she would check on it. About 30 minutes later I was given my vehicle. She was very kind and did apologize. She said it shouldn’t have taken that long, but she was able to speed up the process. It was a good experience.
