Staff friendly and helpful. System could be better at telling who to pick up keys from. The person that helped me was quick and professional.

The appointment I was told (by the service department) was scheduled when I arrived. I was told I would have to wait awhile as customers with appointments would be served first. I did arrive at my appointed time. It was the service department that failed me regarding the appointment. Ultimately the service rep saw my frustration and got me in with an appointment in real time. The service thereafter was very good.( The soda fountain being broken did not make the experience any better.)
