Marion was very nice and patient

If it wasn't for Travis this would not be a good review. Aaron was my servicer but I never saw him, spoke to him, and he didn't let me know when my car was done after 2 hours of me waiting. Thank God for Travis for going out of his way and noticing my long wait time. He checked on my car and did my check out process. He was awesome and took care of me even though I wasn't assigned to him.

It only took an hour today, quickest visit ever for me

They did a great job. The only complaint is it took almost 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation

Donnie was really fast at getting me checked in and then he texted me when my car was ready. He was very friendly and professional.I’m not happy about all the text and email reminders about my appt. I booked it about a week and half in advance and since that time I got 6 difference texts and 6 different emails reminding me about my appointment every couple of days. I would have been fine with one reminder the day before but not every couple days.

Great. Got out sooner than I expected.
