Today it took over 2 hrs to do the oil change but Chad took care of me and I am gonna come back cause I got the package for 3 oil changes, I like coming here for oil changes

Very efficient, but I did not notice the text informing me the work was done and sat in the waiting area an extra 15 minutes. Other people were verbally notified by the service writer.

Great, took a little longer than usual, and the maintenance reminder wasn't reset. Other than that, the vehicle was washed and clean.
