Mark was great to work with and very thorough in explaining all of the details on cars I was interested in and working with me through the whole process.

Everything was great with the visit and it was nice to get a complimentary oil change. However, when I got home I noticed that my brand new black license plates that I put on my car 2 days ago had the front plate bent. This could only have happened during the oil change because I did not drive my car until this morning when I brought my car to your dealer since I put the plates on. This was very disappointing to me as I paid $90 for these special black plates and waited 8 weeks to get them.

Overall it was a good experience but it was long process. But we understand it was Sat - a busy day. The finance part wasn’t really clear on what options we had for paying for the vehicle (he had already begun a loan with a credit union we don’t belong to) but he was clear on explaining all of the add on options.
