I realize that I had no appointment but 2.5 hours was quite a long time to wait. I’ll make sure to plan 1 week ahead to get an appointment next time.My car hadn’t been washed when it was delivered back to me. Aaron took control of it himself and 10 minutes later, it was clean. Thanks.
