My experience was excellent. This was all because of your salesman James Tranmer (not sure if I spelled his last name correctly). He made sure we were taken care of. He answered all our questions and concerns. He knew his stuffs and very knowledgeable. He was not pushy like all other car sales people I dealt with in the past. New 2023 Prius with a radio and navigation tech problem. The service rep Travis helped and was very honest and kind sharing that this car is a bit of a puzzle for them because they have not really had many needing service yet. It needed an entire replacement radio system and I was happy they could get the new system ordered and in as quick as a week. The new car is amazing so I am hoping this problem is the last of issues for such a new model.
