Mediocre at best. Nothing horrible nothing great. I had to ask to have the car cleaned, they only did the two things I mentioned 😆 so I had to detail it when I got home. No one was mean again no one was extra nice.

I’m supposed to get a check back from my transaction for $5,000.00 which I haven't gotten. I probably wouldn’t buy another vehicle from you or refer anyone to you because you are not attentive to detail and this has affected me personally.

Everything was great but the finance manager failed to give us our documents and thumb drive this was upsetting. Called Friday when we were already on the road and our salesperson said he would email they were never received. We need this information to transfer our insurance. We also never got any papers regarding the money we are to receive for the truck we left you

The only reason I came to your store in the first place is because of my interaction with Alex over the phone. My impression was that he was an honest salesperson with high integrity. When I got to the store I was greeted my the Sales manager who tracked down Alex and brought me a water. Then Alex was finishing up with another client and had Chad step in momentarily to help me. These guys were both great! Once we picked out a truck, Josh in financing was great to work with as well. Overall the best car buying experience I've had in 28 years of buying cars. Thank you to Larry H Miller Toyota in Murray. This was my first purchase here and there's no question I'll be back. I will buy more vehicles from Alex.

Denis helped my experience in purchasing a 4 Runner was easy. He was helpful in going through all of the Toor s in the vehicle and explained everything thoroughly.

Overall experience was great, they had what we were looking for. Walked out with a new Camry. Chyanne was great to work with. Definitely will be back when it’s time to upgrade our other vehicles
