Good

Did a great job

When I first arrived, I was met by a very nice man. He introduced himself and said that he was going to be the one taking care of my car. I told him what I want done, he gave me an approximate time. He was right on with the time, I was pretty impressed.

Friendly service

When I questioned my service representative, Aaron, about why several of the items I had spoken to him about weren’t repaired, he was somewhat defensive and a bit rude. More patience and customer service would be appreciated. Also, I could not get a hold of him via text all day. He wouldn’t respond. There needs to be a better way to communicate with customers. I couldn’t get a ride back to the shop.

Great service!!!
