It was so positive. We went to another Toyota dealership and had a very bad experience. We thought we would try Larry Miller Toyota and it was amazing. From the second our salesperson, Ashtok, introduced himself to driving away with our new Venza, it was so good. Ashtok was so helpful, organized and helped us through the whole process. Thanks, Ashtok, we'll keep coming back.

The overall experience was great. I deducted 1 star due to the emission machine was down and I couldn't get it done in the same trip with my service. That machine was down when I brought my car in for emissions last year too. Can't believe that a big dealership like that is not willing to invest in a better machine.
