I came in for a 90,000 checkup. Everything was explained to me and I chose the items I wanted serviced. During the service they found I needed to replace my brakes, which took more time. I know this would be a long appointment, but I didn't know it would take five hours! Had I known there length of time involved, I would have had someone take me to the mall to do my shopping. That was a long time to wait! Everyone was very nice and I patiently waited. Perhaps an estimate of time upfront would have been nice. The feature of real time on the app is nice.

It was great! I was able to get my tire replaced for free because they pulled some strings and got it under warranty. I really appreciated their service and how considerate they were for my situation.
