Took a little longer than normal but we were given a heads up about that when we arrived.

Appts for 2 vehicles were handled very well. Marion is great.

1. Strengths: fast, friendly, great communication/reminders leading up to the appointment2. Opportunities: A. Change in policy to no longer cover Uber rides for express services - would really like to see this back. B. Your shop installed a sweet TRD lift to our Tacoma 3 months ago. During that installation, the front fender was bumped out, that we noticed at pick up. When we brought it up, the team offered to fix it, but it’d take another hour, which would’ve made us late for a work meeting. We agreed at that point in time to fix it at our 5,000 check up. We had that check up yesterday. When my wife pointed out the bumper, Jeff looked at it and jokingly blamed her as the cause, saying she got in an accident after looking at it for a split second. She didn’t want to take him on, so she just smiled, but was was pretty upset inside. After the truck was serviced, Jeff brought it up again in an accusatory tone, but joked to make him feel okay, but again left my wife pretty hurt inside, so she gave him the fake laugh as a courtesy. So now, the bumper is “her fault” and not fixed. We trusted that the bumper issue was documented after the TRD install, but it wasn’t. Next time, we’ll insist it be documented, instead of taking the word of the guys in the shop. But please, instead of shifting the blame to us in a “joking” way, take ownership and offer to fix it, especially when it’s a minor issue.
