Took my truck in to get an oil change and detail. Ashley and Dave in detail knocked it out of the park!

As always, Ashley provided a throughly informative check in. Cleared the authorization to complete services and then offered an uber but I felt like staying out at the dealership this morning. I even looked at a few new vehicles. Not ready yet to make that purchase, but checked them out all the same.

It took longer than I thought it should. I had an appointment and it was over an hour.

Cody took good care of us. The service was done very quickly. Once it started, we had an appointment and according to the app about 40 minutes passed by before the initial assessment began, but I’m not sure that wasn’t just due to a lack of updating the computer system. Everything was done appropriately, And the communication was excellent.

Donnie was great. Personal and helpfulWorked on getting me some quick service and explained to me what the issues were. He then explained what my options might be.
