When Donnie told me that it would be at least two hours for my car’s oil change to get done, I was upset since I had an appointment. I was super hungry and didn’t know how I could wait two hours before I could go get food. Donnie took care of me and helped me get me to a place to get something to eat. Maybe you could offer that service to all customers that need to wait that long. He went above and beyond! Thanks for making my day Donnie!
