The service writer was prompt taking my vehicle inand I had no appt. (Check engine light came on the day before on a Sunday) he spoke to the mechanic and diagnosed the problem and alternate methods of how to service the vehicle without the most expensive repair being the first option. My wallet and I appreciate him going the extra mile to help me in my cash strapped situation.
