I’ll tell you what; after my last visit and trying to get an appointment before this visit, I was ready to leave Larry H Miller Toyota. I couldn’t get a live person when I called the service department. I didn’t get callbacks. Even though I had an appointment last time I waited 20 minutes outside of the garage before, finally getting in. And then, after waiting their amount of time for the service to be finished I finally went to the desk to ask if my car was done, and they confirmed that it was done. They just hadn’t bothered to tell me. I also noticed just a general lack of hustle. It seems like everything just takes longer.However, yesterday I decided to take one more crack at it and did a walk in in the morning. I dropped off the car and got a call back within an hour, telling me that it was done. When I picked up the car later in the afternoon, Travis was my service manager and he couldn’t have been nicer and more accommodating. And he actually walked me out to the lot and explained to me where I typically would find my car if service had just been done. That was impressive and was the first time that’s ever happened.As a result, I bought a three visit package and will give it a go for a couple more times.But I would say in general, things have changed at LHM Toyota.

Went in for a simple oil and filter change with tire rotation. But, the technician over-tightened one of my wheel caps and cracked it. I didn't notice this until I was halfway up the canyon when it came flying off. I called Kyle once I got home and explained what had happened. He ordered me a new wheel cap and all is good again. Thanks Kyle!!!

My service was handled quickly and efficiently. This was a great improvement from my last two interaction.A problem I had with a previous visit was where my custom valve stem caps were not replaced on my car after service. Marc the customer service manager spoke with me and apologized for the problem. He also credited my credit card to reimburse me for my lose.Now that is real customer service.
