Only issue was that when I originally called to set up a time to get the extra things done to my car like windows tinted and roof rack put on they told me the next appointment wasn’t until Aug and I bought the car in March. In the meantime we were refunded the price for these services and then found out that the appointment was only for the 5000 mile check. Had to make the appointment work do do it all as that is what I was told was to be done when I scheduled. Cody got it all figured out and did a great job for us!

They were able to get a rare part for my car within a week and have my car repaired on time.

Didn’t have an appointment but they facilitated my visit and was able to get my oil change done for my last minute road trip planned.

I brought our 2008 toyota Prius in for repair on the condenser as well as to inspect any other damage from hitting a porcupine. They inspected the vehicle and found the condenser to be the only damage and would be able to replace it but not until the next day. I had called and asked before scheduling that the repair could be done that day but that was not the case. However the Sales rep Donnie was able to check with parts and figured out they could do the repair using a part they could get that day. In addition to this he also arranged to take my boys and I across the street to the mall while the repair was done. Once the repair was done there was another miscomunication from the quote given on the phone, Donnie was also able to sort this out and help match the overall cost better to the quote originally given. Overall the service we received went above and beyond what was expected and we are very happy and grateful with the experience.
