Donnie was so kind and patient. We had an issue because of my health. My wife took the car in and Dan and I needed to communicate on the phone because of health issues that I have. I’m so grateful that he could help us and guide us through what needed to be done to our car.

Fast, but I was a little disappointed that my service associate did not or could not explain to me what was going to be done, or exactly what my $1,000.00 HOGO purchase package included. I found a service manager later who helped me understand what the HOGO package was.

Great experience, friendly staff, incredibly helpful! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that my service wrighter did not walk me through what was done and the results. Would have appreciated an explanation.
