They did a great job and in the time promised.

Service was fast. The facility has all the amenities needed for a comfortable, productive wait.

Travis was great. Kept me posted the entire time. Couldn’t have asked for more.He let me know it would be a wait. So, at no fault of his my unscheduled oil change took way too long- you need to remove the 60 min service gaurentee signs and express service bay OR hire more techs. The last 2 times I’ve come in I’ve heard techs had called out, another option is make less appointments so you are able to do express service. Things will only get worse as people continue to try to upkeep what they have because they can’t afford new.So Travis 5 stars great service, all the service guys have always been great.Service from techs 5 stars, I always get the issue fixedBusiness model needs to change, get more employees where it counts please.10:30 to 2:30 to wait for an oil change is a bit to long.

Great!However I wish while we were waiting for the financing, the salesman could have gone over the cars features ( in the car) since there was no owners manual.
