Donnie is a good one

Went to get my trucks fan working because it stopped working when we were having 106° day. It was fixed in 2 days due to the fact that the Murray store had to order the part from the Karl Malone store.On day 2 the Murray store was nice enough to lend me a Rav to take care of my personal effects. Thank you guys.Went to take care of my fan issue for around $450 and left paying $2100 and some change. Needed to update my maintenance service. That's my fault but the one thing that sucked was I was told is that I would get a 10% discount.When I went to pay it wasn't adding up to a 10% discount. I asked and I was told, "well it isn't exactly a 10% discount off of your total."I was not happy with the fact of being mislead but that's a smoke and mirror tactic put forth by your marking department.

Aaron was personable and informed about my car’s needs. He helped me understand the process and time the repairs required. And he equipped me with a loaner car when it became apparent that the repairs would take a few days
